Sedan Ursula von der leyen lanserade initiativet om ett nytt Europeiskt Bauhaus (NEB) september 2020 har intresset i Sm\u00e5land Blekinge Halland varit stort. Inte minst i Sm\u00e5land d\u00e4r det finns stor kompetens inom omr\u00e5det h\u00e5llbart byggande. Smart Housing Sm\u00e5land som innovationsmilj\u00f6 f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbart byggande i tr\u00e4 och glas har sedan flera \u00e5r varit engagerade p\u00e5 den europeiska arenan och blev d\u00e4rmed en sj\u00e4lvklar ledare f\u00f6r den regionala mobiliseringen kring ett Sm\u00e5l\u00e4ndskt NEB-engagemang. Efter ett halv\u00e5rs m\u00e5lmedvetet och intensivt arbete var det givetvis ett gl\u00e4djande besked att Smart Houing Sm\u00e5land<\/a> nu blir officiell partner till det nya Europeiska Bauhaus-initiativet. Den 14 september v\u00e4ntas EU-kommissionen presentera mer detaljer kring NEB:s genomf\u00f6rande, inklusive det finansiella ramverket. Partnerskapet b\u00f6r ge st\u00e4rkta f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningarna att nyttja de m\u00f6jligheter som d\u00e5 presenteras.<\/p>\n

Bakgrund NEB och Smart Housing Sm\u00e5lands engagemang<\/strong><\/p>\n

New European Bauhaus \u00e4r ett initiativ fr\u00e5n EU-kommissionen som EU-ordf\u00f6randen Ursula von der Leyen presenterade september 2020. New European Bauhaus initiativet f\u00f6rbinder \u201dThe European Green Deal\u201d med v\u00e5ra livsmilj\u00f6er och syftar till att i den byggda milj\u00f6n kombinera h\u00e5llbarhet och en inkluderande framtid som \u00e4r vacker b\u00e5de f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra \u00f6gon och sinnen.<\/p>\n

Initiativet ska utf\u00f6ras i tre faser: design, implementering och spridning. Den f\u00f6rsta delen \u00e4r just avslutad och handlade om att inkludera olika kreativa resurser och forma processen. Den andra fasen startar i september 2021 och fokuserar p\u00e5 implementering och olika pilotprojekt. Under v\u00e5ren har Smart Housing Sm\u00e5land redan arbetet med att arrangera samtal med avseende p\u00e5 New European Bauhaus och deltagit i co-design aktiviteter, med avsikt att utvecklas till att agera som pilotprojekt i New European Bauhaus.
