Konferensen FOOD 2030 var det f\u00f6rsta steget i en \u00f6kad satsning p\u00e5 livsmedelsfr\u00e5gor i EU:s politik.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"content\">\n<p>FOOD2030 skall s\u00e4kra det europeiska livsmedelssystemet och g\u00f6ra sektorn h\u00e5llbar i relation till klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar och h\u00e4lsoaspekter. Politiken skall bidra till m\u00e5len f\u00f6r det internationella klimatavtalet i Paris i december 2015. Andra m\u00e5l som FOOD 2030 skall koppla till \u00e4r FN: s m\u00e5l f\u00f6r en h\u00e5llbar utveckling, EU: s politiska m\u00e5l i cirkul\u00e4r ekonomi samt kommissionens ordf\u00f6rande Jean-Claude Juncker prioriteringar f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla syssels\u00e4ttning och ekonomisk tillv\u00e4xt i EU och s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla EU: s roll som en stark global akt\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>FOOD2030 avser att \u00f6ka europeiska investeringar i forskning och innovation. Anledningen \u00e4r att det finns en m\u00e4ngd utmaningar som beh\u00f6ver l\u00f6sas inom olika sektorer kopplade till livsmedel. Exempel p\u00e5 detta \u00e4r energi, vatten och utsl\u00e4pp av v\u00e4xthusgaser samt konsumtion (inklusive \u00f6vervikt, undern\u00e4ring och matavfall). Trots utmaningarna som beh\u00f6ver l\u00f6sas \u00e4r livsmedelssektorn underrepresenterad vad g\u00e4ller investeringar i forskning och innovation. Syftet med FOOD2030 \u00e4r att h\u00f6ja ambitionsniv\u00e5n f\u00f6r offentliga och privata europeiska investeringar i forskning och innovation samt att utveckla en strategi f\u00f6r forskning och innovation inom livsmedelsomr\u00e5det med undersektorer som exempelvis produktion, bearbetning, f\u00f6rpackning, logistik, distribution, h\u00e4lsa och avfall.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>De prioriterade omr\u00e5dena f\u00f6r FOOD 2030 kommer att vara<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-N\u00e4ring och h\u00e5llbar, h\u00e4lsosam kost<\/p>\n<p>-Minska hunger och d\u00e5lig kost<\/p>\n<p>-\u00f6ka livsmedelss\u00e4kerhet<\/p>\n<p>-minska kostrelaterade sjukdomar<\/p>\n<p>-underl\u00e4tta en h\u00e5llbar kost och h\u00e4lsosam livsstil<\/p>\n<p>-Klimat S\u00e4kra och milj\u00f6m\u00e4ssigt h\u00e5llbara livsmedelssystem<\/p>\n<p>-Arbeta mot en livsmedelsproduktion och distribution som \u00e4r resistent mot klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar<\/p>\n<p>-Cirkul\u00e4r strategi och resurseffektivitet i livsmedelssystemet<\/p>\n<p>-Genomf\u00f6ra principer f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbarhet och kretsloppsekonomi i livsmedelssektorn<\/p>\n<p>-Marknadsskapande innovationer som utvecklar samh\u00e4llet<\/p>\n<p>-Fler innovationer och investeringar inom livsmedelssektorn<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>FOOD 2030 och dess prioriteringar omfattar forskning inom informations- och kommunikationsteknik, forskning om livsmedelskedjan, tv\u00e4rvetenskaplig forskning (inklusive n\u00e4rings-, beteendem\u00f6nster hos konsumenter), innovation och investeringar, samarbete mellan regionala och privata akt\u00f6rer, Open Science och internationellt samarbete.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Horisont 2020 st\u00f6der utvecklingen av FOOD2030<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FOOD2030 skall utvecklas under de kommande \u00e5ren. Ett f\u00f6rsta steg \u00e4r att kommissionen skall offentligg\u00f6ra en utlysning inom Horisont 2020 med en deadline f\u00f6r ans\u00f6kningar den 14 februari 2017. Flera finansiella program kommer ocks\u00e5 att st\u00f6dja FOOD 2030:s agenda.
