Inom det transeuropeiska transportn\u00e4tverket (TEN-T) finns nio transportkorridorer utpekade och Sverige ber\u00f6rs av <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/transport\/themes\/infrastructure\/scandinavian-mediterranean_en\" title=\"\">ScanMed-korridoren<\/a> som bl.a. str\u00e4cker sig genom Halland, Kronoberg och J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping l\u00e4n. Forumet arrangeras av EU-kommissionens korridorssamordnare och \u00e4r ett tillf\u00e4lle f\u00f6r inbjudna intressenter l\u00e4ngs korridoren att tr\u00e4ffas f\u00f6r att dela information och diskutera aktuella fr\u00e5gor. &nbsp;F\u00f6rutom rapportering om p\u00e5g\u00e5ende aktiviteter och projekt kom man \u00e4ven in p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gor om TEN-T och Connecting Europe Facility:s (CEF) framtid: hur det blir det med finansiering till europeisk infrastruktur efter 2020? Blir det n\u00e5gon forts\u00e4ttning av CEF och hur stor? P\u00e5 dessa fr\u00e5gor finns i nul\u00e4get inget svar, s\u00e4rskilt d\u00e5 det i h\u00f6g grad beror p\u00e5 EU:s kommande l\u00e5ngtidsbudget.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I september presenterade dock EU-kommissionens samordnare f\u00f6r korridorerna en gemensam deklaration om TEN-T och CEF:s framtid till EU:s transportministrar. Deklarationen ska ses som ett inspel till p\u00e5g\u00e5ende diskussioner om Europas framtid. Vad g\u00e4ller finansiering vill EU-kommissionens samordnare se en \u00f6kad budget f\u00f6r CEF och \u00f6kad anv\u00e4ndning av finansiella instrument med s\u00e5 kallade blending calls (l\u00e5n+bidrag). \u00c4ven om EU:s transportministrar uppgavs vara positiva till att \u00e5tminstone bibeh\u00e5lla nuvarande budgetniv\u00e5, \u00e4r det h\u00f6gst oklart om detta blir verklighet givet den f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntade minskningen av EU:s totala budget. Som argument f\u00f6r att st\u00e4rka TEN-T och budgeten f\u00f6r CEF pekar samordnarna i sin deklaration p\u00e5 att TEN-T \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r att uppfylla flera av EU:s m\u00e5l s\u00e5som territoriell sammanh\u00e5llning, \u00f6kad tillv\u00e4xt och syssels\u00e4ttning, \u00f6verg\u00e5ng till en koldioxidsn\u00e5l ekonomi, garantera medborgarnas s\u00e4kerhet och att skapa gemensamma europeiska v\u00e4rderingar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>EU:s transportpolitik har f\u00e5tt ett bredare inneh\u00e5ll och man talar numera om r\u00f6rlighet och r\u00f6rlighetssektorn. I v\u00e5ras presenterade till exempel EU-kommissionen \u00e5tg\u00e4rdspaketet \u201dEuropa p\u00e5 v\u00e4g\u201d som syftar till att EU ska bli ledande inom ren, konkurrenskraftig och uppkopplad r\u00f6rlighet. Paketet inneh\u00e5ller lagf\u00f6rslag och \u00e5tg\u00e4rder g\u00e4llande bl.a. digitalisering, smarta transportsystem, minskade CO2-utsl\u00e4pp, v\u00e4gavgifter, trafiks\u00e4kerhet, kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning och r\u00e4ttvisa villkor f\u00f6r transportsektorn. EU-kommissionen pekar \u00e4ven p\u00e5 att nya transportl\u00f6sningarna kr\u00e4ver investeringar i nya typer av infrastruktur s\u00e5som 5G-n\u00e4t och laddinfrastruktur. Fr\u00e5gor som kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning och arbetsvillkor inom transportsektorn kan ha positiv p\u00e5verkan f\u00f6r det regionala n\u00e4ringslivet. Satsningar inom digitalisering kan vara viktiga f\u00f6r att de tekniker vi satsar p\u00e5 ska vara kompatibla med \u00f6vriga Europas. Vad det g\u00e4ller forskning och innovation kan det \u00f6ppna upp f\u00f6r ytterligare m\u00f6jligheter att utveckla h\u00e5llbara transportl\u00f6sningar och intelligenta transportsystem.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande genomf\u00f6r EU-kommissionen ett <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eusurvey\/runner\/2017-ten-t-implementation-b\" title=\"\">samr\u00e5d kring genomf\u00f6randet av projekt inom TEN-T<\/a>, med syfte att utveckla effektiviserings\u00e5tg\u00e4rder vad g\u00e4ller t.ex. exempelvis tillst\u00e5ndsprocesser och gr\u00e4nshinder. Samr\u00e5det st\u00e4nger den 9 november och i nul\u00e4get har endast tjugotalet svar l\u00e4mnats in. F\u00f6r de som p\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt har varit involverade i TEN-T-projekt kan det d\u00e4rf\u00f6r vara relevant att l\u00e4mna synpunkter, eller sprida information om samr\u00e5det till relevanta kontakter.
