Syftet med initiativet \u00e4r att st\u00e4rka den inhemska industrin f\u00f6r AI och att \u00f6ka dess konkurrenskraft gentemot andra globala akt\u00f6rer. Handlingsplanen bygger vidare p\u00e5 det tidigare lanserade initiativet, <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/commission\/presscorner\/detail\/en\/ip_25_467\">InvestAI<\/a>, som kommer att mobilisera 200 miljarder euro till investeringar i AI i EU.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Handlingsplanen l\u00e4gger fokus p\u00e5 fem \u00e5tg\u00e4rdsomr\u00e5den:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Utbyggnad av storskalig infrastruktur av AI<\/strong> \u2013 EU-kommissionen vill bygga upp en kraftfull AI-infrastruktur med minst 13 <a href=\"https:\/\/digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu\/en\/policies\/ai-factories\">AI-fabriker<\/a> och upp till fem stora AI-gigafabriker. Fabrikerna \u00e4r serverhallar med storskalig datorkraft designade f\u00f6r att utveckla artificiell intelligens. Dessa ska ge f\u00f6retag och forskare tillg\u00e5ng till avancerad datorkraft och m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra utvecklingen av komplexa AI-modeller. Investeringar b\u00e5de fr\u00e5n offentlig och privat sektor ska driva satsningen, bland annat genom det nya initiatiet kallat InvestAI.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>\u00d6kad tillg\u00e5ng till h\u00f6gkvalitativ data<\/strong> &#8211; F\u00f6r att AI-modeller ska kunna utvecklas kr\u00e4vs stora m\u00e4ngder kvalitetsdata. EU vill skapa en gemensam datamarknad genom en ny datastrategi och inr\u00e4tta s\u00e5 kallade datalabb i AI-fabrikerna f\u00f6r att samla och organisera data fr\u00e5n olika k\u00e4llor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Fr\u00e4mja AI i strategiska sektorer<\/strong> &#8211; Endast en liten andel av EU:s f\u00f6retag anv\u00e4nder idag AI. EU-kommissionen kommer d\u00e4rf\u00f6r att lansera en ny strategi f\u00f6r appliceringen av AI (Apply AI strategy), f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka anv\u00e4ndningen, s\u00e4rskilt inom nyckelomr\u00e5den som offentlig sektor och sjukv\u00e5rd. AI-fabriker och digitala innovationshubbar kommer att st\u00f6dja inf\u00f6randet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>St\u00e4rka kompetensen inom AI<\/strong> \u2013 F\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta behovet av AI-experter vill EU-kommissionen satsa p\u00e5 utbildning, vidareutbildning och internationell rekrytering. M\u00e5let \u00e4r att beh\u00e5lla och locka toppkompetens till Europa samt att erbjuda utbildningsprogram inom AI och generativ AI i viktiga sektorer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>F\u00f6renkla implementeringen av AI f\u00f6rordningen<\/strong> &#8211; F\u00f6r att underl\u00e4tta f\u00f6r f\u00f6retag att f\u00f6lja den nya AI-lagstiftningen vill EU-kommissionen erbjuda st\u00f6d och v\u00e4gledning, bland annat genom att lansera ett nytt s\u00e5 kallat AI Act Service Desk, som kommer fungerar som kontaktpunkt f\u00f6r information och hj\u00e4lp.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vill du veta mer om EU-kommissionens nya handlingsplan f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra EU till en ledande AI-kontinent?
