EU \u00e4r mitt uppe i genomf\u00f6randet av sitt <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/clima\/policies\/strategies\/2030_sv\">\u20192030 Climate and Energy Framework\u2019<\/a>, men redan nu p\u00e5b\u00f6rjas arbetet f\u00f6r en strategi som str\u00e4cker sig bortom 2030 \u2013\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/clima\/consultations\/strategy-long-term-eu-greenhouse-gas-emissions-reductions_sv\">Strategi f\u00f6r l\u00e5ngsiktiga minskningar av v\u00e4xthusgasutsl\u00e4ppen i EU<\/a>\u201d. Just nu har EU-kommissionen ett samr\u00e5d f\u00f6r att samla in \u00e5sikter&nbsp;och&nbsp; perspektiv fr\u00e5n intressenter av alla slag som kan&nbsp;komma att p\u00e5verkas av denna fr\u00e5ga. Det \u00e4r med andra ord nu vi i Sm\u00e5land Blekinge-Halland kan vara med och p\u00e5verka inneh\u00e5llet i EU:s strategi f\u00f6r de kommande decennierna.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Till och med den 9 oktober finns m\u00f6jligheten att svara p\u00e5 samr\u00e5det och d\u00e4rmed ha en tidig chans att p\u00e5verka den strategi som kommer utvecklas. <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eusurvey\/runner\/long_term_ghg_reduction\">Detta g\u00f6r man p\u00e5 EU-kommissionens hemsida genom att svara p\u00e5 en enk\u00e4t som finns tillg\u00e4nglig p\u00e5 svenska<\/a><em>.<\/em> Det finns \u00e4ven en chans att ladda upp positionspapper eller liknande. EU-kommissionen och r\u00e5det uppmanar alla typer av akt\u00f6rer att engagera sig. Strategin \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt intressant f\u00f6r Sm\u00e5land-Blekinge-Hallands medlemmar d\u00e5 den \u00e4mnar att t\u00e4cka omr\u00e5den som till exempel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Energi<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Skog och markanv\u00e4ndning<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Utbildning, forskning och innovation<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Transportsektorn<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ansvarsf\u00f6rdelning mellan akt\u00f6rer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>V\u00e4gen till en l\u00e5ngsiktig klimatsmart strategi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I mars 2018 kom ett f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 en l\u00e5ngsiktig strategi f\u00f6r minskning av utsl\u00e4pp av v\u00e4xthusgaser inom EU fr\u00e5n Europeiska kommissionen. Strategin \u00e4r en del i EU:s gemensamma \u00e5taganden inom Parisavtalet och kommer att kunna ge EU chansen att st\u00e4rka sin globala konkurrenskraft och roll som ledare f\u00f6r striden mot klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar, genom att f\u00f6rse v\u00e4rlden med h\u00e5llbara l\u00f6sningar och gr\u00f6na innovationer. Till f\u00f6ljd av detta h\u00f6lls det ett event p\u00e5 h\u00f6g niv\u00e5 f\u00f6r intressenter<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/events\/eus-vision-modern-clean-economy-stakeholder-event-2018-jul-10_en\"> i Bryssel den 10-11 juli 2018<\/a> som nu ska kompletteras genom ett samr\u00e5d som samlar \u00e5sikter fr\u00e5n akt\u00f6rer som blir p\u00e5verkade av besluten som tas i samband med strategin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Syftet med samr\u00e5det \u00e4r att s\u00e4tta en ambitionsniv\u00e5 och att identifiera nyckelfr\u00e5gor. Exempel p\u00e5 s\u00e5dana fr\u00e5gor kan vara hur integrering med andra p\u00e5g\u00e5ende strategier och f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar ska genom f\u00f6ras, beaktandet av socio-ekonomiska m\u00f6jligheter och utmaningar samt att lokalisera var behovet f\u00f6r investering och innovation finns.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Den inledande fasen av strategin har mottagit feedback fr\u00e5n olika intressenter, bland annat fr\u00e5n Finnish Energy, som till stor del v\u00e4lkomnar den men \u00e4ven uppmanar till ambiti\u00f6sare m\u00e5l \u00e4n de 40 % som f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarade \u00e4r m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttningen f\u00f6r minskningen av utsl\u00e4pp till 2030. \u00c4ven skogs\u00e4garorganisationer som Confederation of European Forest Owners (CEPF) och EUSTAFOR \u00e4r positivt inst\u00e4llda, men de anser att skogssektorn \u00e4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge har varit underrepresenterad och att ett skogligt perspektiv har saknas, <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/law\/better-regulation\/initiatives\/ares-2018-3742094_en\">vilket man kan l\u00e4sa om i deras respektive feedback.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ta t\u00e4ten som en region med framtidens milj\u00f6t\u00e4nk redan nu!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu finns en chans f\u00f6r regioner som Sm\u00e5land-Blekinge-Halland att axla en ledarroll genom att g\u00f6ra ett st\u00e4llningstagande till den l\u00e5ngsiktiga samh\u00e4lleliga f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring som nu \u00e4r p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng samt vara delaktiga i utvecklingen av fungerade och h\u00e5llbara strategier och innovationer.
